Counseling Services
What is counseling? Counseling is a conversation. It is a place where you can come and express your emotions without feeling judged for how you're feeling. When we meet, we will discuss whatever you feel comfortable discussing. We will explore problem areas in your life and work towards practical solutions to improve your mood and quality of life.
Individual Counseling
We offer individual counseling services to adults and adolescents in need of mental health services. Counseling services are culturally and spiritually sensitive, specializing in trauma-informed treatments and trauma recovery.

Anxiety Borderline Personality Disorder
We provide both virtual and in-person therapy in a very safe and confidential therapy environment where we will work towards decreasing symptoms while increasing your quality of life. Please contact the office to discuss treatment needs and to schedule an initial session.
Group Counseling
We also offer group counseling. Groups can be billed on insurance and are also fee-for-service and require a registration fee. Please contact the office for group schedule. Topics include:

Payment Options
There are a few options for payment. The best fit can be discussed when you call to schedule your appointment.
Fee-for-Service or Private Pay
This is when you pay cash for individual counseling sessions. We believe in people having access to the help they need so we do offer a sliding scale. People often choose this option even if they have insurance because the prefer the confidentiality. Insurance required that there is a diagnosis and do annual chart reviews. Being a private pay client ensures no one will have access to your chart and does not require that you are labelled with a diagnosis.
