Works primarily with adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, and trauma.  Also specializes in treating Borderline Personality Disorder.  Utilizes the modalities of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which focuses on emotion regulation with balancing change/acceptance and Cognitive Processing Therapy, a trauma focused treatment that addresses changing cognitions that causes one to get stuck in trauma.   

Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and works primarily with youth, young adults and adults. Erica's areas of focus for treatment are depression, anxiety, PTSD, Anger Management, Stress Management, Relationship issues and she utilizes CBT, Solution-Focused, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing treatment modalities.

Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and works primarily with adults, young adults, older adults, and adolescents.  Aliyah's focus of treatment is depression, anxiety, trauma, career counseling, stress management, and adjustment disorders and her primary modalities of treatment are CBT, DBT, PCT, ACT, and BSFT.
